Good to know: the USB power bank is not included. Any USB plug or power bank rated 5V / 2A will run it.
How to use
Plug the USB lead into a USB wall plug, laptop or power bank. Use the button on the front to switch it on and move between the three heat settings. Start low and turn it up if you need to.
Switch it off and unplug it when you are done.
Power & power banks
It runs on 5V USB power at 10W. Any USB plug or power bank rated 5V / 2A will run it. A plug and power bank are not included.
On a power bank, how long it lasts depends on the bank and the setting. A 10,000mAh bank is a good match, and the lower settings last longest.
Size, fabric & care
150 × 80 cm, one size. Textured knit outside, soft plush lining inside, 100% polyester.
Unplug it before washing. Hand wash gently in cool water, then let it dry flat and completely before you plug it in again. No tumble dryer, no iron, no dry cleaning.
Safety
Not for babies, young children, or anyone who cannot feel heat or switch it off themselves. Do not sleep in it while it is switched on. Do not use it wet, or if the lead or wrap is damaged. If you have a condition affected by heat, check with your doctor first.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and usually arrive within 6 to 15 working days. Every order is tracked, and your tracking link is emailed as soon as it ships.
UK delivery is £3.99, and free on orders over £40, so any 2 wraps ship free.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Wraps need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email latigoceo@gmail.com to start a return and we will send you instructions.
If yours arrives faulty, email us a photo and we will put it right.

Does it come with a power bank?
No. It runs from any USB plug or power bank rated 5V / 2A. Plenty of phone chargers and power banks already meet that.
How warm does it get?
There are three settings, roughly 35°C, 45°C and 55°C. Start on the lowest and work up.
How long will it run on a power bank?
It depends on the power bank and the setting. A 10,000mAh bank is a good match, and the lower settings last longest. Plugged into a wall socket, there is no battery to run down.
Can I wash it?
Yes, by hand. Unplug it first, wash it gently in cool water and let it dry flat and completely before you use it again.
Can I mix colours in a bundle?
Yes. Add one colour to your bag, then another. The bundle saving applies automatically to any 2 or 3 wraps.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 working days, tracked all the way. UK delivery is free on any 2 wraps.
What if I don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its packaging. Email latigoceo@gmail.com and we will sort it.
